隔药灸神阙八阵穴治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔药灸神阙八阵穴治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:72例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。两组均接受常规护理及治疗。对照组接受生长抑素(0.25mg/h的速度连续滴注给药)治疗;治疗组给予隔药灸神阙八阵穴治疗。治疗7天后,观察主要症状、肠功能情况、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,统计临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组临床疗效的总有效率分别为92.67%、77.78%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组在肠功能情况、血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔药灸神阙八阵穴能够明显改善术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床症状,有效的调节血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平。Objective： To observe the curative effect of applying medicine-separated moxibustion Shenque eight-array points in the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after operation. Methods： 72 patients were divided into treatment group and controlled group,36 cases in each group. The two groups received routine care and treatment. The controlled group received somatostatin（0. 25 mg/h speed continuous drip infusion） treatment; The treatment group was treated with Medicine-separated Moxibustion Shenque Eight-array Points. After treatment of 7 days,the main symptoms,intestinal function,serum serum C reactive protein（CRP）,tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-a） and interleukin-6（IL-6） levels were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group and the controlled group was92. 67% and 77. 78% respectively,and there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the intestinal function,serum CRP,TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than that in the controlled group,compared with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Medicine-separated moxibustion shenque eight-array points can obviously improve clinical symptoms in patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction was improved after operation,effectively regulate the serum level of IL-6,CRP,TNF-alpha.
