摘 要:目的:优选麦冬总糖的提取工艺。方法:以麦冬总糖得率为考察指标,采用高碘酸钠滴定法进行含量测定,通过正交设计实验法优化料液比、提取时间、提取次数因素的最佳条件。结果:麦冬总糖提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶6,提取时间60 min,提取次数3次,麦冬总糖约占生药材的52.5%,对比原药材的总糖含量,转移率为93.75%。结论:最佳工艺条件经过验证证明该工艺合理可行,总糖提取率较高,可用于麦冬总糖的提取。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total sugar of Ophiopogon japonicus.Methods:The total sugar yield of Ophiopogon japonicus was taken as the index,and the content was determined by sodium periodate titration method.The optimum conditions of the ratio of material to liquid,extraction time and extraction times were optimized by orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of total sugar of Ophiopogon japonicus were that adding 6 times amount of water,extracting for 3 times,60 min each time,the total sugar content of Ophiopogon japonicus accounted for about 52.5% of the medicinal materials,compared with the total sugar content of the raw materials,the transfer rate was about 93.75%.Conclusion:The optimization process conditions were proved to be reasonable and feasible,and the extraction rate of total sugar was high.
