中药人中黄药性功效考析

摘　　要：目的：梳理古籍中有关＂人中黄＂的记述,查阅其应用功效,为恢复和改善人中黄临床应用提供参考资料。方法：查阅历代古籍医书及本草著作中有关＂人中黄＂的应用记载,载述总结其药性功效及应用。结果：＂人中黄＂是由甘草末置于竹筒内,于粪坑中浸渍一段时间后的制成品。有关详细炮制方法的记载,较早出现于元·朱震亨《丹溪心法》,其性寒凉,味甘、苦、咸,归心、胃经,主要具有解毒辟瘟、清热透疹的作用,古代医家多用于大头瘟、天行热、痘疹、白喉等。人中黄的临床应用经历了元明时期发展,到明清时期成熟的一个过程,清代留存有大量的临床医案记载,临床配伍十分的丰富,药性功效认识深刻,但是近现代以来人中黄的使用研究已淡出临床。Objective：According to the herb manure-prepared licorice recorded in ancient Bencao works and summarized the effectiveness to provide reference for the research and development of new drugs.Methods：To make analysis and summary by consulting relevant ancient Bencao works or literatures.Results：The herb manure-prepared licorice is manufactured goods that pack the licorice powder in bamboos,and soake the bamboos in feces after a period of time.First mentioned about its processing method was in the Danxi＇s Mastery of Medicine in Yuan Dynasty,the main functions are clearing heattoxin,detoxifying and cooling blood for resolving macula,and its nature and flavour are cold,sweet,bitter,salty,and channel tropism is Shaoyin heart meridian of hand and Yangming stomach meridian of foot,and used frequently by ancient doctors against mainly the plague and pox,diphtheria,rubella.From the Yuan and Ming Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,its processing and clinical application went through a chapter of progressive maturation and normalization,and a large number of clinical basis and profound understanding to the nature and flavour were retained in the Qing Dynasty,but since the modern times the clinical use and research of manure-prepared licorice has faded out.
