中西医结合护理用于尿毒症早期肾性贫血患者效果评价

摘　　要：目的：探究与分析中西医结合护理用于尿毒症早期肾性贫血患者的效果。方法：选取2016年2月—2017年8月接受治疗的尿毒症早期肾性贫血患者55例,并按数字表法随机分为对照组26例与观察组29例。予以对照组促红细胞生成素＋叶酸、铁剂等西医疗法,观察组则在此基础上加以采用中药治疗。两组均实施专科护理干预措施,对比与分析两组治疗、护理前后各实验室指标变化情况。结果：经治疗、护理后,观察组Hb（98.13±14.12）g/L、HCT（0.31±0.05）、Scr（226.47±65.42）μmol/L、Ccr（29.65±6.72）mL/min、BUN（11.02±5.17）mmol/L水平明显优于对照组Hb（86.33±13.17）g/L、HCT（0.25±0.03）、Scr（343.18±62.47）μmol/L、Ccr（21.62±6.35）mL/min、BUN（14.42±4.96）mmol/L水平,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医治疗结合专科护理可有效提高尿毒症早期肾性贫血患者的临床治疗效果。Objective：To explore and analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on uremia patients with early renal anemia.Methods：From February 2016 to August 2017,55 cases of uremia patients with early renal anemia were selected and randomly divided into control group（n=26）and observation group（n=29）according to the digital table method.The control group given EPO ＋ folic acid,iron and other Western medicine therapy,observation group based on the use of Chinese medicine treatment.Two groups were implemented specialized nursing intervention measures,compared and analyzed the two groups before and after treatment,nursing changes in laboratory indicators.Results：After treatment and nursing,the observation groupHb（98.13±14.12）g/L,HCT（0.31±0.05）,Scr（226.47±65.42）μmol/L,Ccr（29.65±6.72）mL/min,BUN（11.02±5.17）mmol/L level was significantly better than the control group with Hb（86.33±13.17）g/L,HCT（0.25±0.03）,Scr（343.18±62.47）μmol/L,Ccr（21.62±6.35）mL/min,BUN（14.42±4.96）mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment combined with specialized nursing can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of uremia patients with early renal anemia.
