甲氨蝶呤在银屑病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：甲氨蝶呤(MTX)是一种具有抗炎、抗细胞增殖作用的免疫抑制剂,应用于银屑病的一线治疗已取得良好疗效。本文从MTX对银屑病的适应症、给药途径、用法用量、药物间的相互作用、不良反应、对生育的影响、禁忌症、毒副作用的预防、监测与随访,以及补充叶酸是否有益等方面进行概述。As an immunosuppressant,methotrexate（ MTX） which has effects of anti-inflammation and inhibition of cells proliferation is recommended to be used in the first-line therapy for psoriasis and has showed good efficacy. This article summarized the application of MTX in the treatment of psoriasis,including the indications,drug administration and dosage,drug interactions,adverse reactions,the effects for fertility,contraindications,prevention,monitoring and follow up of its toxicity. The effect of supplementation of folic acid on the treatment of MTX on psoriasis was introduced as well.
