高渗盐水联合利巴韦林和地塞米松超声雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究急性咽喉炎患者在使用高渗盐水+利巴韦林+地塞米松超声雾化吸入治疗后的效果。方法选择2017年1~10月在我院收治的急性咽喉炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。观察组采用高渗盐水+利巴韦林+地塞米松雾化吸入,对照组采用生理盐水+利巴韦林+地塞米松雾化吸入。比较两组患者实施不同雾化对治疗效果及咽痒、咽痛、咳嗽、声嘶症状改善所需时间的影响。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的状改善所需时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性咽喉炎患者在雾化吸入中使用高渗盐水配合药物治疗,能明显提升临床治疗总有效率,缩短症状改善所需时间,此方法值得应用与推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline,Ribavirin and Dexamethasone in the treatment of acute laryngopharyngitis.Methods 60 patients with acute pharyngolaryngitis admitted to our hospital from January to October 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with hypertonic saline＋Ribavirin＋ Dexamethasone atomization inhalation,while the control group was treated with normal saline＋Ribavirin＋Dexamethasone atomization inhalation.The effects of different atomization on the therapeutic effect and the time needed to improve the symptoms of pharyngeal itching,sore throat,cough and hoarseness were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the time required for the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with acute sore throat atomization inhalation of hypertonic saline with drug treatment, can significantly improve the clinical total effective rate, shorten the time needed for symptoms im- proved, this method is worthy of application and promotion.
