正清风痛宁电致孔给药肾俞、邱氏穴在肾绞痛治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的验证正清风痛宁电致孔给药肾俞、邱氏穴治疗肾绞痛的临床效果。方法共筛选2016年9月~2017年9月于本院住院的75例肾绞痛患者作为研究对象,并随机分成实验组、对照组A和对照组B,每组25例。实验组应用正清风痛宁电致孔给药肾俞、邱氏穴,对照组A应用氟比洛芬酯注射液静脉滴注,对照组B应用生理盐水电致孔给药肾俞、邱氏穴。通过比较三组治疗前后的VAS评分、疼痛缓解维持时间积分,腹部平片、泌尿系B超及肾功能的评价积分以判定疗效。结果三组治疗后的VAS评分、疼痛缓解维持时间积分、腹部平片、泌尿系B超及肾功能的评价积分较治疗前均明显降低,且实验组治疗后的积分明显低于对照组A、B(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为92.0%,对照组A为68.0%,对照组B为56.0%,实验组的疗效明显优于对照组A、B(P=0.024)。结论正清风痛宁电致孔给药肾俞、邱氏穴治疗肾绞痛的效果显著,为临床推广应用提供科学依据。Objective To verify the clinical effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning via electroporation to Shenshu and Qiu acupoint in the treatment of renal colic.Methods A total of 75 inpatients with renal colic treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were screened as research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group,control group A and control group B,and there were 25 patients in each group.In the experimental group, Zhengqing Fengtongning via electroporation to Shenshu and Qiu acupoint was applied,while in the control group A, Flurbiprofen Axetil injection for intravenous dripping,and in the control group B,normal saline via electroporation to Shenshu and Qiu acupoint was adopted.VAS score,score of pain relief maintenance time,and score of abdominal plain film, B ultrasound in urinary system,and renal function evaluation before and after treatment were compared in order to evaluate the effect.Results VAS score,score of pain relief maintenance time,and score of abdominal plain film,B ultra- sound in urinary system,and renal function evaluation among the three groups after treatment were all significantly lower than those before therapy.The score of these indexes in the experimental group were greatly lower than those in the control group A and B （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group,and 68.0% in control group A and 56.0% in the control group B,and the curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group （P=0.024）.Conclusion Zhengqing Fengtongning via electroporation to Shenshu and Qiu acupoint in the treatment of renal colic can obtain a remarkable effect,which provide scientific basis for clinical application and promotion.
