热淋清联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果及治疗安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探究热淋清联合左氧氟沙星在治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎中的临床效果,并对其治疗安全性进行评价。方法选取2015年5月~2017年5月我院收治的100例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组患者采用热淋清联合左氧氟沙星治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、前列腺液白细胞指数(EPS-WBC)、前列腺炎症指数(CPSI)以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(98.00%)高于对照组(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的EPS-WBS和CPSI显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热淋清联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎具有显著疗效,能够改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应较少,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Relinqing combined with Levofloxacin in thetreatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and evaluate its therapeutic safety.Methods From May 2015 to May 2017,100 patients diagnosed as chronic bacterial prostatitis treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.By a random number table mathod,they were evenly divided into research group and control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was treated with Levofloxacin,while the research group was treated wuth Relinqing combined with Levofloxaein.The treat- ment effect,the white blood cell index of the prostatic fluid （EPS-WBC）,the prostate inflammation index （CPSI） and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the study group （98.00%） was higher than that in the control group （78.00%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the EPS-WBS and CPSI of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad- verse reactions between the two groups （P〉0105）.Conclusion Combination of Relinqing and Levofloxacin obtains a re- markable effect on treating chronic bacterial prostatitis by improving patients＇ clinical symptoms in few adverse reac- tions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
