“一带一路”倡议下对传统西商精神的挖掘与重塑

摘　　要：对传统西商和新西商的概念进行了梳理和廓清,将传统西商精神概括为"大仁""大义""大勇",即以商事国、克己复礼的"大仁"的精神核心;重情重名、舍利取义的"大义"的价值取向;开疆拓土、敢为天下先的"大勇"的气质秉性。提出在"一带一路"蓝图下,应对传统西商精神进行转化和重塑,形成有格局、有担当,弘文化、树商德,勇凿通、求创新的新西商精神,展示具有中国智慧和时代特色的商业文化。在新时代弘扬有中国特色的社会主义核心价值观,推动在新的历史条件下大西安的重新定位和发展,走出建设内陆城市改革开放新高地的新道路。With redefining and distinguishing the concepts of traditional "businessmen"and the new "Xishang"businessmen,the core spirit of traditional "Xishang"is summarized as the following three parts: a very high level of benevolence based on "Yi Shang Shi Guo"( business serves country) ",and Ke ji fu li( Deny self and return to propriety) "; cardinal principles of righteousness on cherishing love and reputation and sacrifice personal interests for relic justice; valiantness associated with exploring new business areas and daring for the first. This essay aims to transform and remodel the traditional ethic of Xi'an merchants,hoping to construct a new business ethic( think in big picture; take responsibility; promote culture,establish business ethnics; dare to break barriers and seek innovation),in order to promote the repositioning and development of Xi'an city under the new historical conditions,and pave a new road for an inland city to further reform and opening up.
