摘　　要：吉林省年鉴编纂队伍的若干详实数据,反映了我国现阶段年鉴编纂专业人才匮缺,后继乏人的现状。因此,在高校增设年鉴专业、多渠道提升在职年鉴编纂人员专业水平、开辟聘用地情专家通道、为年鉴工作者搭建事业发展平台等举措对年鉴队伍建设将产生积极的推进作用。Taking the yearbook editorial team of Jilin province as the object of study,this paper reveals the acute lack of professionals and successors in current yearbook compilation via an analysis of detailed data. The author proposes that universities should offer yearbook major,and local chronicle institutions should promote the capacity of incumbent editors in all kinds of ways,open up channels of employing experts in local conditions and build a platform of career development to the yearbook editors. Those initiatives will give a positive push to the construction of yearbook team.
