摘 要:以新疆风化煤XWC为原料,以硝酸钠溶液为浸渍液,采用浸渍联合微波辐照制备钠型煤基吸附剂SCA,研究NaNO_3加入量、微波功率和时间对Zn^(2+)去除率的影响。同时用扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积及孔径分布测试仪、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其进行表征。结果表明,钠型煤基吸附剂的最佳制备工艺为:NaNO_3加入量为1.5倍CEC(阳离子交换量),微波时间为14 min,微波强度为500 W。在此条件下,Zn^(2+)去除率可达98%。风化煤经过改性后,比表面积增大,孔径减小;改性时Na^+与风化煤中的Si^(4+)发生交换反应;与S^(2-)发生配位反应。Xinjiang weathered coal( XWC) as the carrier,sodium nitrate as impregnation liquid,adopting impregnating combined microwave irradiation prepared sodium-type coal-based adsorbent( SCA). The influence of NaNO_3 content,microwave power and time on Zn^(2+) removal rate was investigated. And characterization of it by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),specific surface area and pore size distribution tester,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS). The results show: The best preparation of sodium-type coal-based adsorbent is 1. 5 times for the amount of NaNO_3 CEC( cation exchange capacity),microwave time is 14 min and microwave power is 500 W,under this condition,the Zn^(2+) removal rate is 98%,the weathered coal after modification,specific surface area is increase but pore diameter is decrease. Exchange reaction occurs between Na^+ and Si^(4+),whilst coordinate reaction takes place between Na^+ and S^(2-) when modification.
