摘 要:利用微流控芯片以蒸馏水快速动态萃取喷气燃料中防冰添加剂,测定其折光率,建立了折光率和防冰添加剂含量的一元线性模型y=1.333+0.037 1x。利用该模型可知喷气燃料中防冰添加剂的浓度,结果与GB/T1794—1979(2004)的测量值比较,误差0.61%~2.80%。方法具有检测速度快、操作简单和连续性高等优点,能够满足部队快速检测防冰添加剂含量和实施高效率保障的要求,为防冰添加剂含量在线测量提供了方法。The research achieves implementation of distilled water for the anti-icing additive fast dynamic extraction of jet fuel by using microfluidic chip. Only change the concentration,based on refractive index measurement,the simple linear regression model( y = 1. 333 + 0. 037 1 x) between concentration and refractive index was established. Then this paper made a comparison with the GB/T 1794—1979( 2004) standard the error is 0. 61% ~ 2. 80%. The method has the advantages of fast detection speed,simple operation and high continuity. It can meet the requirement of rapid detection of the anti-icing additive content and the implementation of high efficiency protection. Besides,it also provided a method for on-line measurement.
