摘 要:为实现田间精准变量施肥,设计基于多传感器的变量施肥控制系统。该系统以STM32F103ZET6微处理器为核心,搭配GPS定位模块、作物生理信息监测模块、温湿度与光照度监测以及施肥机构监测模块,可实现水稻田间精准变量施肥作业环境参数、地理位置信息、作物生长信息以及施肥机构的执行状态实时监测,系统根据内置施肥算法,结合采集的多源传感信息,实现实时变量施肥控制。系统测试结果表明,调速测试试验最大控制误差为6.25%,开度测试试验最大控制误差为11.1%,系统的控制精度达到88%以上,性能稳定,满足精准作业的要求。A variable fertilizer control system based on multi-sensor is designed to realize the fertilization of field precision variables.In the process of design,the variable ratio fertilization controller based on STM32 F103 ZET6 was developed.In order to achieve real-time variable fertilization control,the close-loop control of fertilization motor was realized by using incremental control algorithm.In the speed control test,the maximum control error is 6.25%,and the minimum control error is 1.51%,and the mean control error was 3.93%.In the opening control test,the maximum control error is 11.1%,and the minimum control error is 1.96%,and the mean control error was 6.64%.The results of system test indicate that the control precision of the control system of variable fertilizer is above88%.The variable fertilization control system has stable performance.The variable fertilization control system meets the requirements of precision agriculture.
