摘  要:为探究不同海拔高度下的膜下小苗移栽对烟株生长生理的影响,在红云红河烟草公司基地单元试验田设置大区对比试验。研究结果表明,同一海拔下,膜下移栽烟株长势全生育期均优于常规移栽;不同海拔高度下,海拔高度2 000 m的烤烟生长最优;不同海拔高度烟株的各部位干物质质量均呈现海拔1 800 m烤烟>海拔2 000 m烤烟>海拔1 600 m烤烟,其中膜下移栽烟株干物质质量显著高于常规移栽烟株;在烟株生长的前60 d,以膜下移栽烟株的SPAD值较高,随着生育期的后移,常规移栽烟株的SPAD值略高于膜下移栽的烟株,且SPAD值随海拔高度的升高而升高;2种移栽方式的烟株根系活力呈现先增大后下降的趋势,膜下移栽的烟株在30~60 d的根系活力显著高于常规移栽烟株;硝酸还原酶活力在60 d达到最大值,且2种不同移栽方式之间有着极显著的差异。In order to explore the effect of transplanting under different altitude on the growth physiology of tobacco plants,field experiment was carried out in the field of Hongyun Honghe tobacco company base unit. The results showed that under thesame elevation,the growth period of transplanted tobacco was better than that of conventional transplanting;under differentaltitude,the growth of flue-cured tobacco with the altitude of 2 000 m was the best;different parts of each elevation height oftobacco dry weight of both showed that elevation 1 800 m 〉 altitude of 2 000 m 〉 1 600 m above sea level,the dry matterweight of the transplanted tobacco leaves was significantly higher than that of the conventional transplanted tobacco plants;inthe first 60 days of the growth of the tobacco plant,the SPAD value of the transplanted tobacco plant was higher,and theSPAD value of the conventional transplanted tobacco plant was slightly higher than that of the transplanted tobacco plant withthe growth period,and the SPAD values increased with altitude;the root activity of the two transgenic plants was increasedfirst and then decreased,and the root activity of the transgenic plants was significantly higher than that of the conventionaltransplanted tobacco;the activity of nitrate reductase reached the maximum at 60 days,and there was a significant differencebetween the two different transplanting methods.
