摘　　要：菲律宾总统杜特尔特具有明显的"左翼"和"社会主义"倾向,其当选,既是菲律宾政治体制不断出现危机的产物,在一定程度上也可视为菲共巨大影响力的产物。可以认为,杜特尔特的当选以及中菲关系缓和面临的良机,是世界经济危机背景下菲律宾左翼社会主义力量得到很大增强的产物。在杜特尔特任期内,菲律宾共产党及菲律宾左翼社会主义运动很有可能将获得史无前例的发展机遇,并对中菲和美菲关系产生重大而深远的影响。Philippine president Duterte has an obvious tendency towards "left-wing " and "socialism. " His election is a product of the ongoing crisis of the Philippine political system,and to a certain extent,can be viewed as a product of the great influence of the Communist Party of the Philippines. Duterte's election and the favorable opportunity brought about by the ease of Sino-Philippine relationship is the result of great enhancement of the Philippines' left-wing socialist forces in the context of the global economic crisis. During Duterte's term in office,there is a strong possibility that the Communist Party of Philippines and the left-wing socialist movement in the Philippines will gain unprecedented opportunities for development and will produce major and far-reaching impact on the Philippine-US and Sino-Philippine Relationship.
