摘　　要：目的创建信息化内审体系,提升医院医疗质量与安全。方法通过构建内审员队伍,开展多元化的常规内审活动,同时引入先进的信息化系统不断优化全院的内审工作。结果自内审体系创建并实现信息化以来,医院医疗服务量不断增加,医疗质量和安全水平显著提升,同时助力医院成功通过各项外部评审。结论医院信息化内审体系卓有成效,可供其他医院参考学习。Objective To establish informational internal review system and to improve medical quality and safety of the hospital. Methods Organize a team of internal reviewers, conduct a variety of routine internal review activities, and introduce updated information system to constantly improve the internal review work of the hospital. Results Ever since the introduction of informational internal review system, the quantity and quality of the medical services have been greatly improved, and the internal review system has also helped the hospital to pass all kinds of external reviews. Conclusion The informational internal review system of our hospital has proved to be successful, which provides best guidance and reference for other hospitals.
