摘　　要：目的探讨电子信息化在糖尿病患者规范使用胰岛素中的价值。方法选择2016年6月1日—2017年6月30日间收治的住院期间以及出院后依旧需要注射胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者按数字随机表法抽取312例作为研究对象,其中,2016年6月1日—2016年12月30日启动基础胰岛素临床规范使用优化管理项目前的患者按照数字随机表法抽取156例为对照组;2017年1月1日—2017年6月30日启动基础胰岛素临床规范使用优化管理项目后的患者按按照数字随机表法抽取156例为观察组,观察组借助电子信息平台根据不同患者的特点开展形式多样的患者教育活动。比较启动基础胰岛素临床规范使用优化管理项目前后患者胰岛素知识掌握情况、生化指标情况。结果观察组对胰岛素知识掌握情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复查时血糖水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论借助电子信息平台根据不同患者的特点开展形式多样的教育活动可使患者糖尿病明显受益,病情得到控制。Objective To explore the value of electronic informatization in the standard use of insulin in diabetic patients. Methods June 1, 2016 - -2017 June 30, the day hospital and treated patients with type 2 diabetes after discharge still need insulin injections by randomly selected 312 cases for the study, in which 2016 June 1 Day - December 30, 2016 Start - up of basic insulin clinical criteria Patients before optimization of management project were drawn 156 cases of control group according to digital random table method; January 1,2017 - June 30, 2017 to start the basic insulin clinical norms 156 cases were randomly selected as the observation group after using the optimized management project. The observation group used the electronic information platform to carry out diversified patient education activities according to the characteristics of different patients. Comparison of basic insulin clinical practice before and after the project, we optimized the management of insulin in patients with knowledge of the situation, biochemical indicators. Results The knowledge of insulin in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion With the help of electronic information platform, various forms of education activities are carried out according to the characteristics of different patients, which can obviously benefit patients with diabetes and control their condition.
