摘  要:目的:了解太仓市3~14岁儿童身材矮小的流行病学特征及主要影响因素。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,以2005年中国儿童体格调查数据为标准,分析2015年江苏省太仓市3~14岁63 049名儿童中矮小症患病率及分布特点。采用病例对照研究的方法,发放调查表,由各学校保健老师询问家长后反馈给研究人员,双人独立录入Epidata数据库,核对后应用SPSS18.0统计软件进行分析,对矮小危险因素进行单因素和多元逐步回归Logistic回归分析。结果:2015年江苏省太仓市3~14岁儿童矮小症患病率为1.86%,男、女童矮小症患病率分别为1.87%和1.85%,城区与乡镇儿童矮小症患病率分别为0.92%和2.31%。结论:2015年江苏省太仓市城区与乡镇儿童身高存在性别差异,身高生长水平总体偏高于2005年全国标准,患病率低于2005年全国标准,矮小主要影响因素为父亲身高。Objective: To understand the short stature epidemiological characteristics and main influencing factors of children aged 3 to14 years in Taicang city. Methods: The incidence and distribution of 63,049 short stature children aged 3 to 14 years in Taicang city in 2015 were analyzed by using the method of cluster sampling. Using the method of case-control study,the questionnaire was issued. The parents were asked by the school health care teachers. The Epidata database was independently recorded and analyzed by SPSS18. 0 statistical software. The short stature risk factors were analyzed by single factor and multiple stepwise regression Logistic regression analysis. Results: The incidence of short stature children aged 3 to 14 year was 1. 86% in Taicang city,2015. The incidence of male and female short stature were 1. 87% and 1. 85% respectively. The incidence of urban and township short stature were 0. 92% and 2. 31%. Conclusion: The short stature of children from urban and township have gender difference in Taicang city,2015,and the height growth level is higher than that of 2005 national standard. The incidence rate is lower than that of 2005 national standard. The major influencing factor is the height of the father.
