摘 要:针对CNG加气站长管拖车气瓶爆破片异常起爆的问题,通过实验手段搭建了爆破片疲劳寿命测试平台,研究爆破片在制作、安装和应用过程中的挤压损伤、划伤以及冰冻等异常因素对疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明:冰冻对爆破片的疲劳性能没有显著影响。受尖钝物挤压损伤的爆破片较正常爆破片疲劳寿命大幅降低,超过95%,且受损部位直径和深度越大,疲劳寿命越短。通过拱顶、拱面1/2处和边缘处三个部位划伤爆破片的疲劳试验发现,拱面1/2处疲劳寿命最短,边缘处划伤的爆破片疲劳寿命最长。划伤对爆破片疲劳寿命的影响最大,其次为挤压损伤。Aiming at the problem of abnormal detonation of gas cylinder rupture CNG refueling station, the rupture disk was set up by disk in long tube trailer of fatigue life test platform of experiment and the squeezing damage, scratching and freezing etc. of rupture disk during manufacture, installation and application and Influence of abnormal factors on fatigue life were studied. The results show that: freezing has no significant effect on the fatigue properties of rupture disks. The fatigue life of the rupture disc compressed by the sharp blunt object is greatly reduced compared with that of the normal rupture disc, more than 95%, and the larger the diameter and depth of the damaged site, the shorter the fatigue life. The fatigue test of the rupture disc ruptured by the arch, arch 1/2 and the edge at the three locations found that the fatigue life at 1/2 of the arch surface was the shortest, and the rupture disc ruptured at the edge had the longest fatigue life. Scratch the rupture disc fatigue life of the greatest impact, followed by extrusion injury.
