摘　　要：概述了石化设备失效类型,对石化设备腐蚀失效分析的方法和步骤进行了归纳,分析了部分典型腐蚀失效案例。对腐蚀失效分析在延长设备使用寿命、避免同类失效事故发生方面所起的作用进行了阐述,提出腐蚀失效分析是石化装置长周期安全运行的重要技术支撑。The types of failure of petrochemical equipment are summarized, the methods and steps of corrosion failure analysis of petrochemical equipment are summarized, and some typical cases of corrosion failure are analyzed. The role of corrosion failure analysis in prolonging the service life of equipment and avoiding the occurrence of similar failure is described. It is suggested that the analysis of corrosion failure is an important technical support for the long period of safe operation of petrochemical plants.
