全域旅游视角下西部地区乡村旅游发展模式探析:以甘肃省天祝县为例

摘　　要：当前全域旅游已经上升为国家战略。本文以系统化的基础研究和具体化的调研数据为依据,从全域旅游角度分析目前天祝县内乡村旅游发展特征,并结合全域旅游发展的内涵及要求,为今后天祝县乡村旅游发展提出具体化建议,提出应从乡村旅游管理机制与治理体系、顶层设计与发展定位、生态保护与共建共享、产业创新和产品供给、公共服务和设施建设、监督管理和文明建设等方面着手,为天祝县乡村旅游乃至西部地区实施全域旅游国家战略提供可行性参考。The whole region tourism has been risen to a national strategy.This paper overviews the rural tourism development characteristics of Tianzhu,based on systematic research and survey data.on top of that,this paper put forward suggestions to Tianzhu rural tourism development in the future.The main issues incolved includes the rural tourism management mechanism and management system,the top-level design and development orientation,ecological protection and sharing,and industry innovation and product supply,public services and facilities construction,management,and civilization construction.
