摘 要:螺栓接合在竹集成材家具中应用广泛,预埋螺母与竹集成材之间连接的破坏是竹集成材家具螺栓接合破坏的主要形式,主要表现为预埋螺母的松动或拔出以及预埋螺母孔周的开裂。针对预埋螺母易于拔出的问题,比较几种常用预埋螺母在竹集成材中的极限抗拔力,选择最优的预埋螺母进行参数优化,从而有效提高竹集成材家具螺栓接合的接合性能。结果表明:不同预埋螺母的极限抗拔强度大小为:尼龙预埋螺母<倒刺螺母<膨胀螺母<梯形铁螺母<内外牙螺母。内外牙预埋螺母取引导孔径比为93%、螺纹长度为25 mm时,在竹集成材中极限抗拔力最大。引导孔径比、螺纹的拧入深度对预埋螺母抗拔性能影响显著。Bolt joint is widely used in bamboo glulam furniture, the failure of the connection between the embedded nut and the bamboo glulam is the main form on bolt joint of bamboo glulam furniture, which is mainly manifested as loosening or being pulled out of the embedded nut, and the cracking of the holes around the embedded nut. In view of the problem that the embedded nut is easy to be pulled out, comparing several commonly used embedded nuts in the bamboo glulam of the ultimate pull force, selecting the optimal embedded nut for parameter optimization, which makes it possible to effectively improve the bolt joint performances of bamboo glulam furniture. The results show that: the ultimate tensile strength of different embedded nuts is: nylon nut〈screw-in sleeve with spine 〈expansion nut〈trapezoidal iron nut 〈screw-in sleeve with hexgon socket and flange.
