摘  要:遴选健康男大学生12人进行穿鞋跑与裸足跑测试,测试时间1h,每隔10min进行数据采集,并在每10min内对受试者进行主观疲劳感受的问询。结果表明:穿鞋跑与裸足跑在足掌接触时间上差异不大;裸足跑在前30min内人体舒适度较大,30-60min内对受试者损伤较大。相对于裸足跑,穿鞋跑时抓地能力较差。因此,在进行中小强度的训练时,可以适当选择裸足跑方式。建议在鞋的设计上,要平衡好抓地力与舒适度之间的关系。12 healthy male college students were selected for the tests of bare-foot running and shod running for lh, respectively. Acquireing testing data and inquiring subjective feeling in every 10min. Results show that there is slight difference between bare-foot running and shod running in forefoot contact time. The subjects feel more comfort during bare-foot running in the top 30min. In 30-60min, the subjects havegreater risk to suffer injury. The gripping ability of bare-foot running is better than shod running. Therefore, it' s better to choose bare-foot running during the mild and moderate intensity training. It is recommended to balance the relationship between grip and comfort in the design of shoes.
