摘　　要：简介了对位芳纶诞生的技术和管理背景,综述了克沃莱克和布雷兹两位科学家的4项早期对位芳纶发明专利中的技术要点,总结了杜邦公司取得对位芳纶技术和产业成功的4点因素。The background of technology and management for the birth of para-aramid fiber was introduced. The technical points of four patents for the early para-aramid invention by two scientists, Stephanie Louis Kwolek and Herbert Blades, were reviewed. The four factors of the success of the para-aramid fiber technol- ogy and industry in DuPont Company were summarized.
