摘　　要：阐述了氨纶丝在退绕过程中的断线原理,分析了两大主要断线原因——缠结和黏结以及其它一些原因,以便氨纶生产厂优化工艺条件,氨纶用户以更加合理的方式使用氨纶,降低因氨纶断线造成的损失而获得双赢。The yarn breaking mechanism of Spandex in unwinding process was expounded. The two main reasons for the break entanglement and bonding and other reasons were analyzed, so that Spandex pro- duction plant could optimize the process conditions, Spandex users could use Spandex in a more reasonable way to reduce loss and gain win-win.
