摘　　要：信号传输技术是广播电视的核心技术,播出设备网络监控系统、信号监测系统是广播电视安全播出的重要组成部分。文章结合卫星地球站监测监控系统的组建、配置,论述了卫星地球站播出系统设备网络监控系统、播出重要节点信号以及下行接收信号监测系统、频谱监测以及信号对比系统的构成、基本原理。概述了利用频谱监测以及信号对比系统在播出中对故障点快速判断的方法。The signal transmission technology is the core technology for broadcasting. The network monitoring system and the signal monitoring system are the important components for safe broadcasting. Combining with the construction and configuration of monitoring system in satellite earth station, this paper discusses the network monitoring system of broadcasting equipment, the monitoring system of broadcasting signal in important node and downlink receiver, the signal spectrum monitoring system and signal comparison system. And this paper proposes a fault diagnosis method using frequency spectrum monitoring and signal comparison system.
