摘　　要：目的:观察耳尖放血治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效。方法:对302例高血压病肝阳上亢证患者进行耳尖放血治疗,每周3次,12次为1个疗程,观察治疗前后血压及主要症状变化。结果:治疗后,患者收缩压、舒张压均显著降低(P<0.01),总有效率达91.1%。结论:该疗法疗效显著,操作方便,价格低廉,适合大面积推广应用。Objective： To observe the efficacy of blood-letting on ear apex for hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity syndrome. Methods： 302 cases of patients with hypertension of liver yang hyperactivity syndrome were all treated by blood-letting therapy on ear apex, 3 times per week and 12 times as a course of treatment, observed the change of blood pressure and cardinal symptoms before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, patients’ systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had significantly decreased（P〈0.01）, and the overall response rate was 91.1%. Conclusion： This therapy which is convenient in operation and cheap in price has a significant curative effect and is suitable for widely promotion and application.
