中医情志护理在妇科手术患者中的应用及疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析中医情志护理在妇科手术患者中的应用及疗效。方法:选取我院2015年12月~2016年11月期间收治的妇科手术患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予临床常规围术期护理,观察组给予常规护理+中医情志护理的护理方法,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组在手术前、手术中、手术后的血压、心率波动幅度明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术前、手术后的焦虑评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科手术患者在围术期增加中医情志护理,可以有效的改善患者的心理状态,减少手术应激,值得临床推广。Objective： Analysis of the Application and Efficacy of TCM Emotional Nursing in Patients with Gynecological Surgery. Methods：Methods：100 cases of gynecological surgery in our hospital from December 2015 to November ~2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, the patients in the control group were given routine routine perioperative care,the observation group was given routine nursing ＋ nursing care of Chinese medicine nursing care, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The rate of blood pressure and heart rate fluctuation in the observation group before operation and operation were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The anxiety scores of the observation group before operation and surgery were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Gynecological surgery in patients with perioperative increase in Chinese medicine emotional care, can effectively improve the patient＇s mental state,reduce surgical stress, worthy of clinical promotion.
