摘  要:针对一种典型太阳能电池印刷线传输系统结构进行优化,使其运行更加平稳。通过有限元分析软件,对优化传输系统进行静力学分析,从中找到最大形变节点,在满足结构使用性能的前提下,对结构尺寸进行优化,节约制造成本并通过力学计算验证优化模型的正确性。To make the transmission system of solar cell printing line running smoothly and safely, the structural design optimization was implemented by using the finite element method in this paper. The static deterministic analysis of transmission system of solar cell printing line was firstly carried out.And then the node with the maximum deformation was found. Finally, the structural design optimization was finished on the premise of guaranteeing the performance of transmission system of solar cell printing line. The optimal results were verified by theoretical calculation, and this effort can greatly reduce the cost of manufacturing.
