有缺陷钢丝绳单丝受拉破坏的磁记忆信号变化全过程

摘　　要：设计了钢丝绳单丝在轴向受拉条件下的试验,采用保载在线测量的方式获取各点的磁记忆信号,发现磁记忆信号曲线存在极值现象,初始阶段其波峰波谷现象不明显,随着荷载增大波峰波谷逐渐形成,并向两缺陷处移动。当荷载加至拉断的前一级时,波峰波谷正好落在缺陷处,拉断后波峰波谷出现反转现象,在整个拉伸过程中,磁记忆信号曲线很明显地分为四个阶段:初始阶段、波峰波谷开始形成阶段、波峰波谷形成并随荷载的增加开始移动阶段与拉断后波峰波谷出现反转阶段。将相邻荷载下对应点的磁记忆信号做差,并求磁场均值和标准差,发现均值和标准差曲线与磁化曲线类似,都可划分为三个阶段,并且各个阶段的分界点相同,同时方差曲线与均值曲线都和磁化曲线有很好的对应关系,根据这种关系提出磁记忆检测技术的分段式判别方法。The experiment of steel wire under axial tension condition is designed.The magnetic memory signals of each point are obtained by online measurement and an extreme point shows up.No obvious peak and valley of magnetic memory signals in initial stage can be observed.The peak and valley of magnetic memory signals gradually appear with increasing loading,and move to the position of two defects.When the load is added to the value before break,the peak and valley just locate at the defect position.After breaking,the peak and valley show reversal phenomenon.In the fully tension process,the memory signal curve is obviously divided into four stages：initial phase,formation of peaks and valleys phase,peaks and valleys moving phase,and the phase after tension fracture.A subtraction of the magnetic memory signals from adjacent loads is made,and its mean and standard deviation are obtained.It is found that the mean and standard deviation curves are similar to the magnetization curves,and can be divided into three stages,and the boundaries of each stage are the same.According to this relationship,the three stages method of the magnetic memory testing technology is proposed.
