摘　　要：以华侨大学厦门校区羽毛球网球训练馆设计为例,就设计如何创造价值,建筑如何与环境呼应,如何体现朴素、雅致等几方面做出分析。指出建筑学在鼓励特例、实验的同时不应忽视对大量性常规建筑的探讨与指引。只有重视设计价值图,充分考虑地方建筑师的创作条件,才能鼓励地方建筑师不模仿、不放弃,在常规项目中保持创作热情,通过务实设计创造朴素的雅致。With the case of Badminton Tennis Training Hall in the Xiamen Campus of Huaqiao University,this paper analyses how to create value by designing, combine building with environment, reflect the simplicity and elegance in the construction, and so on. It points out that in architecture we should not ignore the discussion and guidance of large numbers of conventional buildings, whilst encouraging the special and experimental cases. Only by paying attention to the design value chart, and fully considering the working conditions for creation of local architects,can the latter be encouraged not to imitate and give up, and to maintain the enthusiasm of creation in conventional projects, and create simple and elegant buildings through pragmatic design.
