摘　　要：通过对全省科技报告制度体系整体建设情况进行专题调研,总结了山西科技报告制度体系的基本情况,分析了存在的一些问题,并提出了建议,以期为深化全省科技体制改革,加快区域创新体系建设,推动科技成果的完整保存、持续积累、开放共享和转化应用提供支持。Through the special research on the overall construction of the system of scientific and technological reporting system in the province,this paper summarizes the basic situation of the system,analyses some existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions,in order to provide support for deepening the reform of science and technology system,accelerating the construction of regional innovation system,promoting the complete preservation,continuous accumulation,open sharing and transformation application of scientific and technological achievements.
