收纳式涂片染色装置组合桌的研制与创新

摘　　要：为了克服现有技术的不足,笔者研制了一种收纳式涂片染色装置组合桌,该组合桌主要包括架体组件、托盘和桌体三部分,架体组件的支撑柱为可收缩式的,可完全收缩于桌体内,减少实验室空间的占用;将染色平台、加热平台和置物平台置于同一架体组件上,可实现涂片、染色制片的连续化操作,提高实验效率;桌体上凹设有容置槽,容置槽内设置有废液缸,当进行冲水时,冲刷后的废液可经排水口流入废液缸内,冲洗后的涂片可直接放到加热平台上进行加热,加热平台具有烘干和沥水双重功能,进一步节约实验时间。In order to overcome the shortcomings of existing technology, the authors developed a storage-type smear staining combination table which includes the table frame components, tray and table body three parts ; and the support column of the frame component is contractile which can be well shrink into the table body to reducing the occupied experimental space ; the staining platform, heating platform and the storage platforms are developed in the same frame components which can realize the continuous operation of the smear and dyeing sheets and the efficiency of the experiment is improved; holding tanks are arranged on the table and are provided with a liquid cylinder in a holding tank where the the waste water can drain into the waste tank when you flush, and the smear after being washed can be heated directly on the heated plaffoma which has a double function drying and drain heating platform for saving time.
