摘  要:为了研究我国西北地区分离的奶牛源乳房炎无乳链球菌的青霉素耐药特性,试验采用药敏纸片法检测82株无乳链球菌对青霉素的耐药性,利用β-内酰胺酶试剂盒测定耐青霉素菌株β-内酰胺酶活性,通过刚果红法定性检测生物被膜的形成能力。结果表明:在82株受试无乳链球菌中,对青霉素耐药的菌株有18株(21.95%),β-内酰胺酶为阳性的有11株(13.41%),生物被膜为阳性的有64株(78.05%);在18株青霉素耐药菌株中,β-内酰胺酶为阳性的有9株(50.00%),生物被膜为阳性的有17株(94.44%),β-内酰胺酶和生物被膜同为阳性的有8株(44.44%);β-内酰胺酶为阳性而生物被膜为阴性的菌株有1株(5.56%),β-内酰胺酶为阴性但生物被膜为阳性的菌株有9株(50.00%)。说明奶牛乳房炎无乳链球菌对青霉素的耐药率较高,无乳链球菌青霉素耐药性受β-内酰胺酶和生物被膜等多种因子共同调控。To investigate the penicillin resistant characteristics of Streptococcus agalactiae isolated from bovine mastitis, the disk diffusion method was used to detect the resistance of 82 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae to penicillin.And the β-lactamase test kit was used to detected the β- lactamase activity, Congo red Agar was used to test the biofilm formation ability. The results showed that in all tested S. agalactiae strains, 18 (21.95%) isolates were resistant to penicillin, 11 (13.41%) isolates were identified as β-1actamase producers, and 64 (78.05%) isolates produced biofilm. Among the 18 penicillin-resistant S. agalactiae strains, 9 (50. 00%) isolates were identified as β-lactamase producer, and 17 (94. 44%) isolates produced biofilm. In addition, 8 (44.44%) isolates were positive for both β-lactamase and biofilm. Meanwhile, 1 (5.56%) biofilm-negative strain was identified as β-laetamase producer, 9 (50. 00%) β-lactamase-negative strains were identified as biofilm producers. The study indicated that S. agalactiae exhibited high resistance rates to penicillin which is regulated by multiple factors such as β-lactamase and biofilm.
