矩阵式医政管理模式提升医疗安全水平的实效性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究矩阵式医政管理模式对于医疗安全提升的效果。方法:根据矩阵式医政管理模式是否实行,将研究对象分为矩阵式医政管理模式实行前的对照组(2013-2014年)和实行后的观察组(2015-2016年),比较2组医疗纠纷发生原因、医疗纠纷中实际发生赔偿的案件数及医疗事故(或医疗损害)鉴定中属于医疗事故(或医疗损害)案件的情况。结果:2组医疗纠纷发生原因的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组医疗纠纷案件中实际发生赔偿的比例低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医疗事故(或医疗损害)鉴定中属于医疗事故(或医疗损害)的比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵式医政管理模式减少了医患纠纷数量,降低了医疗事故发生率和赔偿比例,对于医疗机构的医疗安全水平提升效果显著,值得各医疗机构进一步开展和运用。Objectives： To discuss the effectiveness of matrix medical administration mode in the improvement of medical safety. Method： Data before the application of matrix medical administration mode were defined as control group（2013-2014） while the data after the application of matrix medical administration mode as observation group（2015-2016）. Causes of medical disputes,the actual compensation proportion in medical disputes and the proportion of medical accidents（or medical damage） in medical accident（or medical damage） identification were compared. Results： In terms of the causes of medical disputes,there was no statistical significance between observation group and control group（P〈0.05）. The actual compensation proportion in medical disputes in observation group is lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The proportion of medical accidents（or medical damage） in medical accident（or medical damage） identification in observation group is lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： The application of matrix medical administration mode reduced the number of medical disputes,medical accidents and the proportion of compensation,significantly improved medical safety,which is worthy to be further developed and applied in medical institutions.
