摘　　要：电子病历应用具有广阔的发展前景,其应用管理中的难题亟需采取对策解决。在分析电子病历应用和管理中的难点问题基础上,从解决电子病历系统功能完善问题、需求满足问题、数据及其应用安全和信用问题、标准化建设问题、规范化建设问题、个性化需求问题等方面提出了具有针对性、可操作性的对策,旨在为提高与保障电子病历的绩效和质量提供操作方法。The application of electronic medical record has broad prospect for development. Its problems in application and management need to be solved by countermeasures. Based on the analysis of the difficult problems in the application and management of electronic medical record,this paper puts forward the targeted and feasible countermeasures to provide the operation method for improving and safeguarding the performance and quality of electronic medical record in aspects of completing electronic medical record information system,matching demands,data safety application,standardization and personal requirement solution.
