《医碥》论治发热探析

摘　　要：《医碥》作为清代乾隆年间著作,其学术总结前人观点,已臻成熟,又多结合临床实践参以己见,其文简而义明,重在说理。作者何梦瑶擅长治疗温病及内科杂病,在对火、热的认识上,多有其独特之处,用药谨慎周全,其理论对于现今临床仍有很大的指导意义。As the literature during the Qing Dynasty of Qianlong, the book of Yi Bian is concise and explicit, emphasizing on exploring the principles. Not only it has absorbed the views of previous studies into complete ideas, but also it has taken account of clinical practices. HE Mengyao, the author of the book, is skilled in the treatments of epidemic febrile diseases and miscellaneous diseases of internal medicine. He has unique understandings about the fire and the fever, being careful and thoughtful about medications. His theory about traditional Chinese medicine still plays a key role in clinic till now.
