钛棒置换治疗老年病人股骨头坏死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨钛棒置换治疗老年病人股骨头坏死(ONFH)的临床疗效。方法选取我院自2013年4月至2016年4月间所收治52例ONFH病人作为研究对象,依据治疗方法对其进行分组,每组26例,对照组行关节置换术,观察组行钛棒置换术,比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果 3个月后随访治疗情况,观察组病人的疼痛指数和Harris髋关节评分较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为92.31%和76.92%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病人骨痂出现所用时间以及肿胀消退所用时间都明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用钛棒置换疗法在治疗老年病人ONFH方面效果显著,总优良率高,利于病人术后恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of titanium rod replacement in elderly patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head（ ONFH）. Methods Fifty-two cases of ONFH in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 were enrolled in this study,and were divided into observation group（ receiving titanium rod replacement） and control group（ receiving line joint replacement）,with26 cases in each group. The clinical effects were followed up for three months and compared between two groups. Results Three months after treatment,the pain index was significantly lower and the Harris hip score was significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group（ P0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92. 31% and 76. 92%,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. In the observation group,the appearance time of callus and the time of swelling and regression were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P0. 05）. Conclusions The use of titanium rod replacement therapy is effective in treating ONFH in elderly patients,with high total superior rate,which is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients.
