自拟消痤散内外合用治疗大学生青春期后痤疮180例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察自拟消痤散内外合用治疗大学生青春期后痤疮的临床疗效。方法将180例入选病例随机分为治疗组(100例)和对照组(80例)。结果 2组治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消痤散加减治疗大学生青春期后痤疮疗效较好,加用外用散剂疗效更佳,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of xiaocuosan（Chinese patent medicine） in the treatment of post-pubertal acne in college students. Methods A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group（100 cases） and a control group（80 cases）. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiaocuosan has good efficacy in the treatment of post-pubertal acne in college students.
