摘 要:以浙江省2015年调查的1 433家工业涂装企业作为研究对象,总结了浙江省工业涂装行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放和治理情况,分析了VOCs治理成效与存在的问题。结果表明:浙江省工业涂装废气治理措施覆盖率达52.8%,以一次性活性炭吸附和水/碱吸收技术为主;抽样调查发现,涂漆工序和干燥固化工序废气同时治理的企业仅占抽样调查数的29%;通过其中40余家工业涂装企业的300余个非甲烷总烃(NMHC)指标手工监测数据汇总发现,涂漆废气治理设施进口NMHC浓度普遍在10~80 mg/m3范围内,固化烘干废气治理设施进口NMHC浓度普遍在300~2 000 mg/m3范围内,大部分废气经处理后基本都能够达标排放,但治理设施处理效率较低;同时存在废气收集效率低、治理措施覆盖率低、废气治理不全、设施疏于管理等问题,表明浙江省工业涂装VOCs治理尚处于起步阶段。In this paper,1 433 industrial coating enterprises in Zhejiang Province surveyed in 2015 were chosen as the study targets. The status of VOCs emission and control of the industrial coating sector in Zhejiang Province was summarized,and the VOCs control effect and problems were analyzed accordingly. The results showed that the coverage rate of waste gas treatment facilities of industrial coating reached to 52. 8%,with one-time activated carbon adsorption and water/alkali adsorption as the main treatment technologies. The sampling survey indicated that the enterprises which treated the exhaust gases from the painting and drying solidification process simultaneously only accounted for 29% of the total samples. By collection of over 300 manual monitoring data of non-methane hydrocarbon( NMHC) from more than 40 industrial coating enterprises among the survey targets,it was found that the NMHC concentrations of the imported painting waste gas treatment facilities were in the range of 10~ 80 mg/m^3,and those of the imported curving and drying waste gas treatment facilities were in the range of 300 ~ 2 000 mg/m^3.After the treatment,most of the waste gas could basically meet the emission standards,but the efficiency of treatment facilities was rather low. Meanwhile,there were many existing problems including low collection efficiency of waste gas,low coverage rate of treatment facilities, incomplete waste gas treatment and poor facility management, indicating that VOCs treatment of the industrial coating process in Zhejiang Province was still at the beginning stage.
