基层医疗机构检验科母婴阻断项目检测能力的分析

摘　　要：目的:了解某市承担妇幼保健服务项目的基层医疗机构检验科在母婴阻断三个项目上的检测水平,寻求提高筛查准确率的对策。方法:采取随机抽样的方式,抽取合肥市各县、区共43家基层医疗机构检验科,分别发放母婴阻断项目的室间比对质控品,对反馈的比对结果进行统计分析。结果:43家检验科室间比对结果合格率较低,三个项目中,HIV抗体合格率最高(90.70%),PT平均分最高(89.77±13.36)分,此成绩远低于省临检中心开展的室间质评结果。结论:基层检验科需加大管理力度,规范实验室制度,合理使用仪器设备,提升检验科人员技能水平,保证母婴阻断项目检测质量,推动妇幼卫生事业不断进步。Objective：To understand basic clinical laboratory levels in the three projects of maternal and infant blocking, and to seek countermeasures to improve the accuracy of screening.Methods：Adopt the method of random sampling, extraction of counties, districts, a total of 43 basic, clinical laboratories. Respectively extend the quality control products of maternal and infant blocking projects and analyze the feedback results.Results：The percent of pass is quite low. Within three iterms, the percent of pass of HIV is the highest（90.70%）, and the average score of PT is the highest （89.77 ±13.36）. The result is far less than the results of clinical inspection center in Anhui province.Conclusion：Clinical laboratories at the grass-roots level need to be managed strictly, and use the equipments reasonably to raise the level of skills in clinical laboratories. They should ensure the quality to promote unceasing progress.
