摘　　要：目的:构建基于健康医疗大数据的卫生决策机制并付诸应用实践,全面提升健康医疗领域的治理能力和水平。方法:以健康医疗大数据和卫生决策为主题,梳理健康医疗大数据概念及政策现状,借鉴国外健康医疗大数据在卫生决策中的应用实践经验,参考公共决策的发展演变。结果:构建了基于健康医疗大数据的卫生决策机制。结论:在分析健康医疗大数据发展应用所面临的挑战基础上,提出相应政策建议,以促进健康医疗大数据在卫生决策中的充分利用。Objective： To construct the health decision-making mechanism based on healthcare big data, put it into practice, and comprehensively improve the governance capacity and level in the field ofhealthcare. Methods： With the theme ofhealthcare big data and health decision making, the present situation of concept and policy of healthcare big data is summarized, the foreign experience of healthcare big data in health decision making is used for reference, and the development and evolution of public decision making are referred to. Results： The health decision-making mechanism based on healthcare big data is constructed. Conclusion： Based on the analysis on challenges of development and application of healthcare big data, corresponding policy suggestions are given, so as to promote the full use ofhealthcare big data in health decision making.
