摘　　要：目的:分析医疗大数据在临床信息化建设中的应用,提出临床信息化建设中医疗大数据分析的应用策略。方法:对医疗大数据应用进行场景分析,总结大数据分析技术,提出应用改进方法。结果:从5个方面提出了医疗大数据分析应用的建设策略,指出了未来数据驱动医疗方向。结论:医疗大数据分析是提升医院信息系统价值的重要方面,医疗机构数据治理氛围以及复合型信息人才建设是大数据分析应用成功的关键。Objective： To analyze the application of big medical data in the construction of clinical information and put forward the application strategy of clinical information construction for big data analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods： The scenario analysis of medical big data applications was carried out, and the technology of big data analysis was summarized, and the improved method was put forward. Results： The construction strategy of medical big data analysis and application was put forward from 5 aspects, and the future data driven medical direction was pointed out. Conclusion： Medical big data analysis is an important aspect to promote the value of hospital information system. The data governance climate of medical institutions and the construction of versatile information talents are the key to the success of big data analysis applications.
