摘　　要：目的:考虑到部队抢险救灾、军事演习、突发事故等场景的医疗救援任务时需要数据中心方便移动,快速部署,提出了一体化机柜式数据中心方案来建设车载数据中心。方法:车内一体化机柜式数据中心,部署医疗信息化HIS/LIS/PACS、各通信信息系统的服务器、存储、网络等设备,实现数据中心内设备整体组网,为战地救援提供移动数据中心服务。结果:整车本地医疗数据可以方便快捷地通过4G回传或卫星终端与医院总部进行数据交换。结论:车载数据中心的应用,整体提升了军队医疗卫生单元在医疗救治活动中的能力,能够最大限度地减少救援时间。Objective： Considering the forces, emergency rescue and disaster relief, military drill accident scenarios such as medical rescue mission needs convenient mobile data center, rapid deployment, puts forward the integrated machine cabinet data center solutions to the construction of on-board data center. Methocls： Integrated machine cabinet inside the car data center, the deployment of medical information HIS/LIS/PACS, the communication information system of servers, storage, network equipment, realize overall network within the data center equipment, mobile data service center for battlefield rescue. Results： Vehicle local medical data can be convenient by 4G back or satellite terminals and hospital headquarters for data exchange. Conclusion： The application of the on-board data center, and the overall ascension of our medical and health unit in medical treatment activity ability, can minimize the rescue time.
