摘　　要：目的:改变传统的入出院、住院预交金只能在住院收费处办理的模式。方法:采用将住院结算的部分功能移至护士工作站,并利用智能的POS机系统在护士工作站实现住院缴费、退费。结果:实现了住院患者床边的入出院及住院预交金的办理。结论:方便了患者办理入出院手续和住院预交金缴费,同时减轻了住院收费处窗口压力,提高了工作效率。Objective： Change the traditional admission and discharge, prepayment can only be hospitalized in the hospital charges office mode. Methods： Part of the function of hospital settlement is transferred to the nurse workstation, and the use of POS intelligent machine system of hospital payment, refund in nurse workstation. Results： The admission and discharge of bedside patients were realized, and prepaid payment of bedside patients were realized. Conclusion： Convenient for patients to enter and discharge procedures and prepaid inpatient payment, at the same time, the window pressure of the inpatient fee was relieved, improved work efficiency.
