急救急诊一体化信息平台的实现与应用

摘　　要：目的:建立院前急救、院内急诊相衔接的联合急救模式,实现院前急救、院内急诊、EICU、胸痛中心三位一体一中心。方法:建立急救、急诊一体化信息平台。结果:利用信息技术将急救医学、急诊医学和危重病医学与院前、院内、ICU三环相扣,形成危重病急救医疗服务体系,充分发挥大急诊的优势。结论:一体化信息平台完整的贯穿整个急危重救治过程,通过院内多学科及院内外急救体系在信息共享基础上的合作和流程优化,实现及时治疗、降低死亡率、改善临床预后。Objective： To establish the joint first aid mode of pre-hospital emergency and hospital emergency, to realize the center of the three places of pre-hospital emergency, hospital emergency, EICU and chest pain center. Methods： To establish an integrated information platform for emergency and emergency treatment. Results： The use of information technology to emergency medicine, emergency medicine and critical care medicine and pre-hospital, hospital, and ICU three-ring clasped and formation of critical care emergency medical service system, give full play to the advantages of great emergency. Conclusion： The integration information platform complete throughout the critically ill treatment process, through the hospital multidisciplinary and inside and outside hospital first aid system in cooperation on the basis of information sharing and process optimization, to achieve timely treatment, reduce mortality and improve clinical outcomes.
