摘　　要：目的通过了解巴彦淖尔市2016年矽尘作业人员胸部X光检查情况,为相关管理部门及用人单位职业病防治提供依据。方法从职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统中导出矽尘作业人员职业健康检查相关数据,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果接触矽尘职业人群胸部X光检查结果在地区、行业、经济类型、企业规模、性别、年龄及工龄等方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),地区间异常率最高为乌拉特后旗(4.64%);在行业方面异常率最高为采矿业(3.43%);经济类型方面私有经济出现异常率最高(3.65%),国有经济次之(0.95%);企业规模小型企业异常率最高(8.02%),中型企业异常率次之(2.20%);男性异常率(2.63%)显著高于女性(0.36%);异常率随年龄的增长而增高,在50~59岁年龄段异常率最高(5.13%);15~19年工龄组异常率最高(12.50%),其次为10~14年工龄组(5.91%)。结论综合判定我市中小型私营采矿业是以后管理部门监管的重点,用人单位要加强对接尘工人的健康状况管理,定期进行职业人群体检,加强个体防护,进一步做好职业病防治工作。[Objective]To understand the chest X-ray examination results among workers exposed to silica dust in Bayannaoer City in 2016,provide scientific basis for relevant management departments and employers to implement the occupational disease prevention and control.[Methods]The data of occupational health information of workers exposed to silica dust were derived from the occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system,and were analyzed SPSS 19.0 statistical software.[Results]In workers exposed to silica dust,the differences in chest X-ray examination results were statistically significant among different groups in region,industry,economic type,enterprise scale,gender,age,length of service（all P〈0.05）. The abnormal rate in Wulatehouqi was the highest（4.64%） among different regions,and that in mining industry was the highest（3.43%） among industries. For the economic type,the abnormal rate in private economy was the highest（3.65%）,followed by state-owned economy（0.95%）. For the enterprise scale,the abnormal rate in small enterprises was the highest（8.02%）,followed by medium-sized enterprises（2.20%）. The abnormal rate in males（2.63%） was significantly higher than that in females（0.36%）. The abnormal rate increase with age,and the abnormal rate in 50-59 year-old age group was the highest（5.13%）. The abnormal rate in workers with 15-19 working years was the highest（12.50%）,followed by those with 10-14 working years（5.91%）. [Conclusion]The comprehensive evaluation revealed that small and medium private mining industry is the focus of supervision in this city. The employers should strengthen the management on health status of the exposed-dust workers,conduct regular physical examination for the occupational population,strengthen individual protection,and further improve the occupational disease prevention and control work.
