百年来国际丝路学研究的脉络及中国丝路学振兴

摘　　要："一带一路"建设不仅激发了中外学者致力于丝路学研究的积极性,还在客观上形成了丝路学发展的学术新机遇,使得全球丝路学发展进入转型期、中国丝路学发展进入振兴期;全球丝路学在去"西方中心论的阐释框架"尤其是"中国议题"被政治化的演进中开始步入历史转型的新阶段,中国丝路学在"碎片化学术生态"中谋求振兴;既是学术的又是实践的丝路学的双核特质实为丝路学双翼,不可偏废,尤其不可忽视实证研究;丝路学实为治理学抑或合作治理学,甚至可以说是全球治理中的"中医学","中国方案"正在融入方兴未艾的全球治理学中,进而带动全球丝路学进入历史新阶段;中国学界应从立论、献策、构建"丝路学术共同体"等入手"振兴丝路学",让中国丝路学在融入百年显学的世界发展主流中实现与全球丝路学的"学术对接",以彰显"学术中国"的力量。The implementation of Belt and Road Initiatives has drawn the attention of scholars all over the world to Silk Road Studies by creating research opportunities for them, which has helped transform the world＇s Silk Studies and revive such studies in China. Global Silk Road Studies is experiencing a historical transformation by getting out of its ＂Eurocentric Framework of Interpretation＂ and politicizing ＂Chinese Topics＂, while Chinese Silk Road Studies seeking to revive in the context of ＂fragmented academic environment＂. Silk Road Studies is both a subject for research and an area for practice, and neither of these two wings should be neglected; particularly, empirical research is of vital importance. Silk Road Studies is by nature governance studies or collaborative governance studies, and can even be considered ＂Chinese Medicine＂ to global governance, where ＂Chinese Plan＂ is entering, and by so doing is pushing forward Silk Road Studies all over the world. Chinese scholars can revitalize Silk Road Studies by putting forward research subjects, offering suggestions and helping build an academic community, and in this way we can strengthen ＂academic China＂ in the process of joining in the mainstream of global Silk Road Studies.
