“边疆建构论”与“边疆实在论”:对立抑或共生?——兼与杨明洪教授商榷

摘　　要："边疆建构论"基于国家主义的立场,借助政治学的研究范式、解释理论和分析工具展开自我的理论创制。"边疆建构论"的典型表述为:边疆是主客观的产物和结果 ,是国家对疆域边缘特殊性区域进行认定并展开差异化治理的结果。"边疆建构论"的理论创制引发"边疆实在论"的质疑。"边疆实在论"以"边疆是一种客观存在而不是主观建构"为立论基点,从国家主权、边界和边疆功能等角度展开学理自证。不过,"边疆实在论"的相关质疑与"边疆建构论"的理论真意存在偏差。"边疆建构论"并非否认边疆地理属性的自明性,而是在承认边疆地理属性的基础上更加聚焦国家政治力量对边疆的建构和型塑。"边疆建构论"与"边疆实在论"是从不同角度对复杂边疆面相进行观照的理论产物,两者并不是非此即彼的二元对立关系,而是一种兼容共生的关系。＂Border Constructivism＂ has expanded the theoretical creation through the political science paradigm, theory and analysis tools from nationalist position. The typical formulation of ＂border construction＂ is that the border is the subjective and objective products and results, and the border is the result of the state＇s determination and differentiated governance of the edge and special area in territory. ＂Border Realism＂ has questioned ＂Border Constructivism＂. The basis of the theory of ＂Border Realism＂ is that ＂border is an objective reality rather than subjective construction＂, and ＂Border Realism＂ start self-certification from the perspective of national sovereignty, borders and frontier functions. However, the ＂Border Realism＂ does not fully understand the theory of ＂Border Constructivism＂. ＂Border Constructivism＂ does not deny the self-evident nature of the border physical properties, but more focused on the border construction and plastic from national power on the basis of recognition of physical properties of frontier. ＂Border Constructivism＂ and ＂Border Realism＂ are the theoretical product of observing the complex frontier from different angles, the two are not the right and wrong of the binary opposition, but a compatible symbiotic relationship.
