广西5家三级甲等医院心血管介入术医务人员眼晶状体的受照剂量

摘　　要：目的监测心血管介入术医务人员眼晶状体受照剂量是否超过20 mSv/a,探讨其原因及其预防措施。方法随机选择广西5家三级甲等医院开展心血管介入手术的23名医务人员,对其眼晶状体受照剂量进行测量并分析。结果平均每例心血管介入术医务人员眼晶状体的剂量当量范围为(2.3~54.1)μSv,其中冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)的医务人员的眼晶状体受照剂量最大,平均每例手术为46.5μSv,手术透视时间也最长,平均每例为12.6 min。结论心脏介入术医务人员眼晶状体预计年剂量范围为(1.02~20.85)mSv,其中有43.5%的眼晶状体的年预计剂量接近或达到20 mSv。为了减少射线对眼晶状体的危害,介入医务人员必须正确使用辅助防护设备和佩戴防护眼镜,同时医院应根据发展需要和综合各方面考虑,合理安排介入工作岗位人数。[Objective]To investigate whether the radiation dose to lens of medical workers in cardiovascular intervention exceed 20 mSv/a,analyze the causes and preventive measures.[Methods]23 medical workers who implemented cardiovascular intervention were randomly selected from five grade-A tertiary hospitals in Guangxi Province. The radiation dose of lens in the interventional procedure were measured and analysed. [Results]The range of dose to lens in medical worker undergoing every cardiovascular intervention was 2.3-54.1 μSv. The dose to lens of medical workers in percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） was highest,in which the average dose were 46.5 μSv, and fluoroscopy time were longest with the average duration of 12.6 minutes.[Conclusion]The estimated annual dose range to lens of medical workers in cardiovascular intervention is 1.02-20.85 mSv,and the annual dose is estimated to close or reach 20 mSv in 43.5% of medical workers. The medical workers should correctly use protective equipment and wear protective glasses to reduce the harm of radiation to the eye lens in cardiovascular intervention.Meanwhile,hospital should reasonably arrange the number of the intervention operator based on the needs of the development and comprehensive consideration of all aspects.
